Terms of Service

strads (“strads”, “we”, “us”) provides an AI-powered platform for generating, analyzing, and managing video and image advertising content, available at strads.ai and through connected clients such as the Claude MCP connector (the “Service”).

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company to these terms.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

Paid plans are billed through our payment partner. Fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis and are non-refundable except where required by law.

You can cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice.

The Service generates synthetic media, including videos featuring AI-generated actors. Subject to these terms and your plan, we assign to you the rights we hold in the output you generate, to the extent permitted by law.

You are responsible for how you use generated content, including:

• Complying with advertising platform policies (including synthetic-media disclosure rules) where you publish content.
• Ensuring you have rights to any materials you upload, such as product photos, brand assets, scripts, or reference ads.
• Not generating content that impersonates real people without consent, or that is deceptive, defamatory, or unlawful.

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not:

• Use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, or misleading advertising.
• Generate content that is hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, or that targets minors.
• Reverse-engineer the Service, scrape it at scale, or resell access without our written consent.
• Upload malware or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems.

You retain ownership of materials you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display those materials solely to operate and improve the Service.

We may use aggregated, de-identified usage data to improve our models and product. We do not sell your content.

The Service integrates with third parties such as authentication providers, payment processors, AI model providers, and MCP clients (e.g. Claude). Their services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI output can be inaccurate or unsuitable; you should review content before publishing it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or in the product before it takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which strads is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
